Industrial Park
Estimated 650,000 SF building that is signaling we are committed to the region and open for business. The business park is designed to attract new business to the region and will be supported by the adjacent solar farm. The industrial park will benefit greatly from its location on reclaimed mining property and will be identified as a carbon neutral site. The plan for the business park includes clean energy, reliable energy, safety and job creation.
Public Park
SEVA plans to construct a park complete with picnic tables, outdoor grills, and other amenities.
ATV Park
The recreational park will be full service and will include items to support the Hatfield McCoy Trail. Amenities will feature: a fuel center, convenience store, service and vehicle wash station, trailhead (Hatfield McCoy), dirt bike track, dirt oval, hill climb, large drag strip, mud pit for mud bogs.
Amphitheater
Scenic backdrop of rock formations, complete with a water feature, the stage at SunPark will accommodate venues of many sizes and offer general admission, and large general parking lots for visitors.
Overnight Stay
SunPark will offer an RV Park that includes 84-100 recreational vehicle sites, a shower/bath house, water/sewer attachments, 50-amp hookups, and is set up for vehicles up to 50'.
We also offer our cozy trail villas (estimated 1,200+sq. ft.) or SunPark chalets (estimated 1,600+ sq. ft.) rentals that are intended to showcase the West Virginia hills and represent the modern rustic designs that represent West Virginia's culture and history.
